Club Director or Coach?

New participating clubs receive an invitation by email from the Merrick Team Race Committee. Open that email and follow its link to set up your account. Once your account is set up, sign in here to request team entries, invite coaches, manage rosters, monitor registrations, and follow race results throughout the regatta.

For Parents & Sailors

Register your sailor

Register your sailor using the registration link provided by your club. Parents receive this link directly from their club's Club Director or coach.

Don't have your club's link yet? Please reach out to your club's Club Director or coach — sailor registration is organized through each participating club.

How it works

How the Merrick Team Race works

  1. Bay Head Yacht Club invites participating clubs to the regatta.
  2. Each club's Club Director creates an account.
  3. The Club Director requests team entries for the regatta.
  4. The Club Director invites coaches to help manage the club.
  5. The Club Director shares the club's registration link with parents.
